It is the perfect getaway for families and friends, offering a cozy stay that sleeps up to 9 guests. With its prime location just across from Ouray Hot Springs and the town's park, you'll have the ultimate relaxation experience right at your doorstep. Wake up to mountain views, grazing deer, and golden alpine sunsets, all just steps from trails, parks, and downtown Ouray.

This comfortable first-floor condo features an open-concept living area designed for gathering after a day of hiking, soaking, or sightseeing. The space includes:

Other things to note-
Please note that this house, built in the 1800s, is a historic/ older home; therefore, this condo has a lot of character and quirks, and we do not have all the modern amenities. Additionally, we cannot overload the electricity capacity. Many of our guests appreciate the location, coziness, and sleeping capacity.

~EV vehicles must charge at the town's EV charging station located by the Hot Springs parking lot, not at the property.

We are a Vacation Rental Management Company, not a private host. Therefore, we reserve the right to hold a security deposit before your arrival outside the Airbnb platform. Please refer to the Airbnb security deposit guideline under the HELP section. The security deposit will be released upon inspection 3-4 business days after your departure.
